These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of SomaSensus (the website, web app and mobile apps), published by M7.T.S., Egypt ("we", "us"). By creating an account or tapping "I agree" you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SomaSensus is a clinical documentation and clinical decision-support tool: it organises patient monitoring, documents drug-therapy problems and interventions, provides calculators, a drug and disease reference, and AI-generated suggestions. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease on its own, and it is not a substitute for professional clinical judgement. SomaSensus has not been registered or cleared as a medical device by the Egyptian Drug Authority or any other regulator. Read the Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
You must not: use the service unlawfully or outside your professional role; access data of a hospital you are not an approved member of; share your account; attempt to break, probe or overload the service or bypass its security or usage limits; upload malware; scrape or resell the service or its reference content; or use AI tools to generate content unrelated to patient care.
AI features use Google Gemini as a processor (see the Privacy Policy). AI output may be incomplete, outdated or wrong, can invent references, and must be verified by a pharmacist against authoritative sources before it affects any patient. You remain fully responsible for decisions you make or recommend. Fair-use limits apply and AI features may be unavailable at times.
The software, design and the compiled reference content are owned by M7.T.S. or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for patient care in your hospital. Product labels and guidelines cited in the reference belong to their respective owners. Data you enter remains the property of the hospital / you.
The service is currently provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may introduce paid plans in the future with prior notice (you will never be charged without agreeing first). We aim to keep the service available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own exports of any data your hospital is required to retain.
To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, M7.T.S. is not liable for any clinical decision, treatment outcome, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, its reference content or AI output. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for fraud or gross negligence).
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or put patients, other users or the service at risk; where possible we will tell you why first.
When we change these Terms, the Privacy Policy or the Medical Disclaimer materially, we will update the version number and ask you to review and accept the new version in the app before you continue.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.

تحكم شروط الاستخدام هذه ("الشروط") استخدامك لـ SomaSensus (الموقع وتطبيق الويب وتطبيقات الموبايل) الذي تنشره M7.T.S. في مصر ("نحن"). بإنشاء حساب أو الضغط على "أوافق" فإنك تقبل هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية وإخلاء المسؤولية الطبية. إذا لم توافق فلا تستخدم الخدمة.
SomaSensus أداة للتوثيق السريري ودعم القرار السريري: تنظّم متابعة المرضى، وتوثّق المشكلات الدوائية والتدخلات، وتوفر حاسبات ومرجعًا للأدوية والأمراض واقتراحات مولّدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي. وهي لا تشخّص أو تعالج أو تشفي أو تمنع أي مرض بمفردها، ولا تغني عن الحكم السريري المهني. لم يُسجَّل SomaSensus كجهاز طبي لدى هيئة الدواء المصرية أو أي جهة رقابية أخرى. اقرأ إخلاء المسؤولية الطبية الذي يُعد جزءًا من هذه الشروط.
لا يجوز لك: استخدام الخدمة بشكل غير قانوني أو خارج دورك المهني؛ أو الوصول إلى بيانات مستشفى لست عضوًا معتمدًا فيه؛ أو مشاركة حسابك؛ أو محاولة اختراق الخدمة أو إثقالها أو تجاوز ضوابط الأمان أو حدود الاستخدام؛ أو رفع برمجيات ضارة؛ أو نسخ الخدمة أو محتواها المرجعي آليًا أو إعادة بيعه؛ أو استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي لأغراض لا تتعلق برعاية المرضى.
تستخدم خصائص الذكاء الاصطناعي Google Gemini كمعالِج للبيانات (راجع سياسة الخصوصية). قد تكون المخرجات ناقصة أو قديمة أو خاطئة، وقد تختلق مراجع، ويجب أن يتحقق منها صيدلي من مصادر موثوقة قبل أن تؤثر على أي مريض. تظل مسؤولًا مسؤولية كاملة عن القرارات التي تتخذها أو توصي بها. تُطبَّق حدود للاستخدام العادل وقد تتوقف خصائص الذكاء الاصطناعي أحيانًا.
البرنامج وتصميمه والمحتوى المرجعي المجمّع مملوكة لـ M7.T.S. أو للمرخِّصين لها، وتحصل على ترخيص شخصي غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل وقابل للإلغاء لاستخدامها في رعاية المرضى بمستشفاك. نشرات الأدوية والإرشادات المذكورة في المرجع ملك لأصحابها. البيانات التي تُدخلها تظل ملكًا للمستشفى / لك.
تُقدَّم الخدمة حاليًا مجانًا "كما هي" و"حسب الإتاحة". يجوز لنا تعديل الخصائص أو إيقافها، وقد نقدّم خططًا مدفوعة مستقبلًا بإشعار مسبق (ولن تُحاسَب أبدًا دون موافقتك أولًا). نسعى لإتاحة الخدمة وحماية بياناتك، لكننا لا نضمن عملها دون انقطاع أو أخطاء. احتفظ بنسخ مُصدَّرة من أي بيانات يُلزَم مستشفاك بالاحتفاظ بها.
في أقصى حدود ما يسمح به القانون المصري، لا تتحمل M7.T.S. المسؤولية عن أي قرار سريري أو نتيجة علاجية أو خسارة غير مباشرة أو تبعية تنشأ عن استخدام الخدمة أو محتواها المرجعي أو مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي. ولا يحدّ أي شيء في هذه الشروط من مسؤولية لا يجوز قانونًا الحد منها (مثل الغش أو الخطأ الجسيم).
يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة وحذف حسابك في أي وقت (الطريقة). ويجوز لنا إيقاف أو إغلاق الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط أو تعرّض المرضى أو المستخدمين الآخرين أو الخدمة للخطر، مع إبلاغك بالسبب مسبقًا كلما أمكن.
عند تعديل هذه الشروط أو سياسة الخصوصية أو إخلاء المسؤولية الطبية تعديلًا جوهريًا سنحدّث رقم الإصدار ونطلب منك مراجعة النسخة الجديدة والموافقة عليها داخل التطبيق قبل المتابعة.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص المحاكم المصرية المختصة بنظر أي نزاع.
