1. Clinical decision support, not a decision maker
Every alert, calculation, dose suggestion, interaction warning, reference entry and AI answer is information to be weighed by a qualified professional together with the full clinical picture: the patient's history and examination, current laboratory values, local protocols, the hospital formulary and the current product labelling.
The absence of an alert does not mean a therapy is safe. Alerts depend on the data entered; missing or wrong data gives missing or wrong alerts.
Final decisions, prescriptions and recommendations, and the legal and professional responsibility for them, rest with the treating healthcare professionals.
2. AI suggestions require pharmacist verification
AI features are powered by a large language model (Google Gemini). It can produce plausible but incorrect, incomplete or outdated content, misread photos or voice notes, and cite references that do not exist or do not say what is claimed.
Treat every AI output as a draft: verify it against an authoritative source before acting, check every dose against the label and patient factors (renal/hepatic function, weight, age, pregnancy, interactions), and open any cited reference before relying on it.
AI-generated drug-therapy-problem drafts, transcriptions and scan readings must be reviewed and corrected by the pharmacist before they are saved.
3. The drug and disease reference: sources and limitations
The built-in reference was compiled with AI assistance from public, citable sources — mainly official product labels (US FDA labelling via DailyMed, EMA product information), the RxNorm drug terminology, and published international clinical guidelines — and each entry passed automated validation and an independent review before release. Each entry lists its sources.
It is not a substitute for the official Egyptian product leaflet, the Egyptian Drug Authority's publications, or your hospital's protocols. Egyptian brand names and availability may differ and may be incomplete.
Medical knowledge changes. Entries can be outdated, incomplete or contain errors, and not every drug, indication, population (for example neonates, dialysis, pregnancy) or interaction is covered.
Calculators implement published formulas and show them; check that the formula fits your patient and that the inputs are correct.

4. Patient leaflets
Arabic patient leaflets are general education material. A pharmacist must check that a leaflet fits the individual patient before giving it, and it does not replace counselling.
5. Emergencies
SomaSensus is not an emergency service and may be unavailable or offline. Never delay urgent care because of the app.
6. No warranty
The service and its content are provided without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular clinical purpose, to the extent permitted by Egyptian law. See section 8 of the Terms of Use.

1. أداة لدعم القرار السريري وليست صانعة للقرار
كل تنبيه أو حساب أو اقتراح جرعة أو تحذير تداخل أو معلومة مرجعية أو إجابة ذكاء اصطناعي هي معلومة يزنها مهني مؤهل مع الصورة السريرية الكاملة: تاريخ المريض وفحصه، والتحاليل الحالية، والبروتوكولات المحلية، ودليل أدوية المستشفى، والنشرة الحالية للمستحضر.
غياب التنبيه لا يعني أن العلاج آمن؛ فالتنبيهات تعتمد على البيانات المُدخلة، والبيانات الناقصة أو الخاطئة تعطي تنبيهات ناقصة أو خاطئة.
القرارات النهائية والوصفات والتوصيات، والمسؤولية القانونية والمهنية عنها، تقع على عاتق مهنيي الرعاية الصحية المعالجين.
2. اقتراحات الذكاء الاصطناعي تتطلب تحقق الصيدلي
تعمل خصائص الذكاء الاصطناعي بنموذج لغوي كبير (Google Gemini) قد ينتج محتوى مقنعًا لكنه خاطئ أو ناقص أو قديم، وقد يخطئ في قراءة الصور أو الملاحظات الصوتية، وقد يذكر مراجع غير موجودة أو لا تقول ما يُنسب إليها.
تعامل مع كل مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي كمسودة: تحقّق منها من مصدر موثوق قبل التصرف، وراجع كل جرعة مقابل النشرة وعوامل المريض (وظائف الكلى والكبد، الوزن، العمر، الحمل، التداخلات)، وافتح أي مرجع مذكور قبل الاعتماد عليه.
مسودات المشكلات الدوائية والتفريغ الصوتي وقراءات الصور المولّدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي يجب أن يراجعها الصيدلي ويصححها قبل حفظها.
3. مرجع الأدوية والأمراض: المصادر والحدود
جُمع المرجع المدمج بمساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي من مصادر عامة قابلة للاستشهاد — أساسًا نشرات المستحضرات الرسمية (نشرات FDA الأمريكية عبر DailyMed ومعلومات المستحضرات لدى الوكالة الأوروبية EMA) ومصطلحات الأدوية RxNorm والإرشادات السريرية الدولية المنشورة — وخضع كل مدخل لتحقق آلي ومراجعة مستقلة قبل نشره، ويذكر كل مدخل مصادره.
وهو لا يغني عن النشرة المصرية الرسمية للمستحضر أو منشورات هيئة الدواء المصرية أو بروتوكولات مستشفاك، وقد تختلف الأسماء التجارية المصرية وتوافرها وقد تكون غير مكتملة.
المعرفة الطبية تتغير؛ فقد تكون بعض المدخلات قديمة أو ناقصة أو بها أخطاء، ولا يغطي المرجع كل دواء أو استطباب أو فئة من المرضى (مثل حديثي الولادة والغسيل الكلوي والحمل) أو كل تداخل.
تطبّق الحاسبات معادلات منشورة وتعرضها؛ فتحقق من ملاءمة المعادلة لمريضك ومن صحة المدخلات.

4. نشرات المرضى
نشرات المرضى العربية مادة تثقيفية عامة، ويجب أن يتأكد الصيدلي من ملاءمتها للمريض قبل تسليمها، وهي لا تغني عن الإرشاد الدوائي.
5. الطوارئ
SomaSensus ليس خدمة طوارئ وقد يكون غير متاح أو دون اتصال؛ لا تؤخر الرعاية العاجلة أبدًا بسبب التطبيق.
6. عدم الضمان
تُقدَّم الخدمة ومحتواها دون ضمان للدقة أو الاكتمال أو الملاءمة لغرض سريري معين، في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون المصري. راجع البند 8 من شروط الاستخدام.
